Research Focus
Primary research focus involves the use of GIS, remote sensing and other spatial
analysis techniques for environmental and natural resource applications. In his present
position he is responsible for environmental and natural resource applications. In his
present position he is responsible for coordinating and managing sponsored research
projects undertaken by ORSER, including Penn States recently signed GIS support
contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection
